A Safe Place to Stay in Broken Hill

A Safe Place to Stay in Broken Hill

What is Experience Broken Hill doing to reduce the risk of COVID-19?

We have implemented the following measures for the safety of guests and team members:

  • We assure you that we are taking hygiene seriously. You can be confident that our park is being cleaned to the highest of standards, and that our team are employing heightened levels of sanitation
  • Our usual procedures have all been reviewed and revised as need to ensure social distancing.
  • We’ve cancelled kids clubs and other park and community events for the time being to comply with COVID -19 restrictions.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus you must cancel your stay, self-isolate and contact your doctor immediately. and on arrival you are required to complete a declaration that you have not had or being in contact with any person that has recently had COVID-19.

Social distancing within holiday parks

To control the spread of the virus, it’s vital that we all apply social distancing practices. So what does this mean if you’re staying in a park?

  • Our operations have become as contactless as possible. For example, you no longer need to check in/out face-to-face with our team members.
  • The rules on ‘gatherings’ must be adhered to, which varies from State to State. This means, no more than the specified number of people can congregate in public ie in the camp kitchen or in shared spaces
  • Our toilet blocks are open and the minimum COVID -19 numbers and space requirements must be complied.

I have a booking but I'm not able to travel. What do I do?
